Theresa had the brillant idea of taking our mountain bikes to our scrapbooking retreat in Meachem. Shelly Y., Theresa and I went for a challenging ride through the mud and rocks. There were lots of screams between us as we slipped and slid though the mud and went over rocks. It was refreshing to get some exercise after so much sitting. We were covered in mud and loved every minute of our ride. L-R Leslie, Theresa, Shelly Y.

I forgot about the "screams" part -- we were so focused on not falling in the mud or crashing on the rocks. That was a lot of fun!! We'll have to plan to do it again next year.
Yes, that was a great idea and maybe next year we won't get rained on.
